Orange County String Studio’s inaugural International String Festival & City Tour is an exclusive – by invitation only – string players training camp geared towards violin, viola, and cello players. Motivated string students will be selected to participate in two weeks of intensive string training through daily practice sessions, bi-weekly private lessons, masterclasses, and performances. Our friendly staff of renowned artists and teachers will provide training and inspirational mentoring throughout the festival!

Our Festival is held on the beautiful campus of La Sierra University in Riverside, California, which allows us to uniquely pair our program with afternoon excursions of the neighboring Los Angeles, and Orange County arts attractions. This includes world-class music venues such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall and Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, and the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts Pageant of the Masters, and more. In addition, we have included in our excursions many “Just-For-Fun” tourist attractions that will make your festival experience extra memorable!

Parent’s who are attending with their children will have the opportunity to indulge in a luxurious spa experience. Kelly’s Spa is conveniently located near La Sierra University at the Historic Mission Inn Hotel. Camp staff will provide transportation to and from this optional luxurious experience. Advanced reservations are required at the time of registration.

Student's tuition includes rooms, all breakfasts, group lunches and group dinners. Individual meals and spa costs are optional. Air travel is not included, but transportation to and from LAX to La Sierra University will be provided. Complete festival itinerary will be provided after acceptance into the festival.
